Dear Joyce and Family,

We are so sorry to hear of Stan's passing after so many years of fighting many health problems. We are glad he is now singing with the angels and no longer in pain.

I can remember many fun times we had in high school and although I moved away fairly soon after, I saw him almost every time I visited Wabash and my daughter fell in love with him. Our many small and large class reunions will not be the same without Stan but I know he will be looking down in June at our 60th reunion, smiling and celebrating with us.

Our prayers and thoughts are with you Joyce in this difficult time.

So sorry for your loss. Stan was a real fighter and I know how much pain and suffering he had to go through. Joyce, Jeffery, and Tamara please accept my deepest condolences for your family's loss. I met Stan back in the mid 60's while working at General Tire. Stan was an avid fisherman and we spent a lot of time together on the water. I left General Tire in 69 and went to Chrysler in Kokomo and then on to Houston, TX in 75. I was lucky enough to have gotten his phone number in late 2015, I called Stan and we had a very nice conversation on the phone. I know how much he will be missed. Joyce and family, Our prayers are with all of you. Stan was always a great person to be around. Our class reunions will never be the same without Stan and Joyce there. One day Stan was in the courthouse and stopped in my office. He had shaved his head and had some ugly fake teeth in his mouth. I thought someone off the street had come in for a handout.
