Mrs. Faust,

One of the few people from my childhood that was always kind to me no matter how much of a brat I was being. Your kindness was missed as I grew older and I often wondered how you were doing. I regret not being able to see you again after I grew up to show you that this brat grew up into a wonderful young man. I also regret just now reading that you had passed. Thank you for being such a bright, warm, caring individual and touching so many lives at LaFontaine Elem.

Every time I came home she was always there, especially at the Thanksgiving, to see her there and how she would always fine me to ask about the kids and just catch up. When ever I visited with Betty I would always mention Lincolnville Church. She always would say. "That's my church." The church people visited at Christmas time caroling and she smiled the whole time we were singing. I told her then it was her church. She said yes Lincolnville Church. Some things we never forget. Such a sweet lady.
