Terry D. Faust

Terry D. Faust, 75, of Urbana, Indiana passed away at 1:33 a.m. on Monday, April 22, 2024, at Parkview Huntington Hospital in Huntington, Indiana. He was born on July 24, 1948, to John and Betty Lou (Frank) Faust in Wabash, Indiana.

Terry was a 1967 graduate of Southwood High School. He served in the United States Navy SeaBees, serving in Vietnam. He married his wife, Beverly J. Sparling on February 2, 1969. He worked many jobs throughout his lifetime. For thirty-five years he worked as a brick layer. He also worked at INDOT for eight and half years, and Helena Chemical Company for five years. After retirement Terry became an avid Northfield wrestling supporter. In his free time, he thoroughly enjoyed hunting and golfing, but most of all he loved his family and cherished time spent with them.

Terry is survived by his wife, Beverly J. (Sparling) Faust; one son, Mark Andrew (Judi) Faust of Argyle, Texas; one daughter, Amy Pennington of Urbana, Indiana, one brother, Sam Faust of Fort Wayne, Indiana; three grandchildren, Cortney (Nate) Hembree, Ian Faust, Zachery Pennington; two step-grandchildren, Stephen Peterson, Megan Wisdom; one niece, Katie Gengnagel. He is preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Jodi Elshire and Debra Faust.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Terry’s shop.
