Rebecca Sue Bolen

Rebecca Sue "Becky" Bolen, 65, a resident of Wabash, Indiana passed away at 2:02 p.m. on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at The Waters of Wabash East in Wabash, Indiana. She was born on September 15, 1960, in Marion, Indiana to Edward and Barbara (Jones) Bolen.

Becky was a graduate of Wabash High School. Along with being a homemaker and taking care of her family, Becky loved taking care of others, which was evident in her work as a QMA and CNA. She enjoyed being an active, involved member of Bethesda Freewill Baptist Church in Andrews, Indiana. But most of all, Becky loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Becky's door was always open, and many called her "Mom", as she was the Biblical example of unconditional love.

Becky is survived by her three sons, Charles "Joe" (Laura) Holley of Urbana, Indiana, Chad (Hannah) Holley of Wabash, Indiana, and Marcus Dragoo (Terri) of Lagro, Indiana; eleven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two brothers, Edward Bolen, Jr. (Renetta) of Roann, Indiana and Randy (Christy) Bolen of Lagro, Indiana. She is preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at Bethesda Freewill Baptist Church, 116 S. Main St., Andrews, Indiana 46702 with Pastor Lou Hunt officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Lawns Cemetery in Wabash, Indiana.  

Visitation for family and friends will be one hour prior to the service on Saturday, November 1, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church.

Preferred memorials can be directed to the Bethesda Freewill Baptist Church Women's Group, 116 S. Main St., Andrews, Indiana.
