Marianne Rachel Malott

Marianne Rachel Malott, 92, of Wabash, Indiana joined her Savior at 10:15 a.m. peacefully at her home on August 20, 2024. She was born on March 2, 1932, to Everett L. Adams and Eva L. (King) Adams in Alexandria, Indiana.

Marianne loved beyond words her family, friends, and her home on a small farm. She grounded every day in faith in her Lord and gave inspiration and joy wherever she went with her youthful glowing smile, sparkling eyes, and kind words. She had a wonderful life and now has a wondrous eternity with her Savior.

Marianne is survived by her daughter, Heather Malott (Dave Cotton); her son, Jerome Malott; her grandchildren, Dr. Beauregard Malott Middaugh (Sarah Middaugh), Haleigh River Middaugh (Leo Lemaire-Pyle); and her sweet great-grandchildren, Marianne Middaugh, Iris Middaugh, and Gideon Middaugh. She is preceded in death by her parents, Everett L. and Eva L. Adams; her loving husband, Roy D. Malott who passed away on September 1, 2014; and her six siblings.

Private family services will be held at McDonald Funeral Home, LaFontaine Chapel, 104 South Main Street, LaFontaine, Indiana 46940, with Chaplin Michael Deter officiating. Burial will follow at Mississinewa Memorial Cemetery in Somerset, Indiana.
