Wanda J. Nose, 76, passed away at 3:35 a.m. on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Peabody Retirement Community in North Manchester, Indiana. She was born to the late William and Margie (Harmon) Burchett in Bays Branch, Kentucky on January 7, 1938.

She retired from General Tire of Wabash, Indiana and also worked at Kroger Egg. Wanda married Michael Nose on October 11, 1974, he survives in Wabash, Indiana.

She is also survived by two children, Mrs. Robert (Margie) Bowman of Converse, Indiana and Franklin "Chuck" Goble of South Haven, Michigan; two step daughters, Kelly Jackson of Knoxville, Tennessee and Mrs. Charles (Karen) Armes of Jonesboro, Indiana; two grandchildren, Mrs. Joe (Chelsea) Beard of Warsaw, Indiana and Kristen Goble of New York; sister, Mrs. Jerry (Alice "Karen") Martin of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and two great grandchildren, Hayden and Scarlett both of New York. She was preceded in death by a brother, William.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992. Inurnment will be at a later date in Bays Branch, Kentucky. Preferred memorials are directed to Wabash County Animal Shelter, 810 Manchester Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992.
