Thomas Dale "Chops" Enyeart, 64, of Wabash, Indiana, passed away on September 1, 2026, at his residence. He was born on March 24, 1962, to Terry D. and Julie Ann (Walter) Enyeart in Wabash, Indiana.
Chops was a 1981 graduate of Wabash High School where he played baseball as a Wabash Apache. He moved out to California shortly after graduating to follow his dream of living out West. He was an avid sports fan following the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Oakland Raiders. He also collected sports memorabilia over the years. Chops married Karen Mays on Labor Day Weekend in 1995. She passed away in 1999.
Chops is survived by one sister, Nicole (Dave) Rodecap of Fort Wayne, Indiana; one brother, Blake (Carol) Enyeart of Roann, Indiana; many nieces and nephews, Jessica (Evan) Ronayne, Austin (Masen) Enyeart, Dylan Enyeart, Sydney (Chris) Snyder, Spencer Enyeart, Teca Slone, and Jaclyn Rodecap.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Jeffrey Enyeart, one sister, Lissa Enyeart, and one nephew, Alexander Rodecap.
A celebration of Chops' life will be held at a later date. The date/times and location will be announced.
