Steven M. Lake, 69, of Wabash passed away 3:21 p.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2013 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He was born on June 5, 1944 in Wabash, Indiana to the late William L. Lake Sr. and Doris (Nayrocker) Lake, she survives in Wabash, Indiana.

Steve enjoyed mushroom hunting and going to car shows. He also adored his dog companion, Punkin. He served his country in the United States Army during Vietnam. He retired from Atlas Industries in Wabash, Indiana. He was a member of Brick Layers Union.

He married Ginny (Kim) Chong Cha in 1967. He is also survived by two brothers, Lynn Lake (Tammi) of Wabash, Indiana and Leslie Lake Sr. (Donna) of Noble, Oklahoma.
