Sharon Black, 72, Peru, passed away 5:07 p.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2010 at Lutheran Hospital of Indiana in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Formerly of Wabash, Indiana. She was born to the late John and Hazel (Gray) Glass on November 22, 1937 in Wabash, Indiana. She married Kenneth Black, he passed away in 1982

Sharon retired from General Tire after 30 years. She was a member of Moose Lodge#1195 and Eagles Lodge both of Wabash. She loved cats, dogs, flowers and candles. She loved to travel with her husband on motorcycle. Most in life she loved her family and grand kids.

She is survived by three sons, Robert Floyd (Rebecca) of Wabash, Vince K. Floyd of Wabash and Darrell D. Meyer of Roann; daughter, Roxana L. McCoy of Wabash; sister, Kay Wright of Wabash; niece, Sonia Niccum of Wabash; six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She is preceded in death by two brothers, along with her parents and husband.

Graveside services will be 2 p.m. on Monday, October 25, 2010 at Memorial Lawns Cemetery in Wabash, Indiana. Burial will follow the service at the cemetery.
