Robert G. Gray, 86, born in Wabash, In on January 27, 1924, passed away at 2:50am on Sunday, September 12, 2010 at Parkview Nursing Center in Muncie, IN.

Robert was born to Harry L. and Jessie Rhoads Gray. Several nieces and nephews survive. He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, and one brother.

Robert owned Gray's Barber shop in Wabash for 35 years. His father had owned the barber shop previously. It was located in downtown Wabash for over 100 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge #1195, Erie Lodge #549, and American Legion Post 777-Indianapolis. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, Wabash Wildlife and Sportsmans Association since 1949, and a member of the Isaac Walton League. A graduate of Wabash High School he went on to serve in the Merchant Marine's in the 1940's. He used to enjoy S.C.U.B.A. diving, flying, fishing, boating, and shooting.
