Randall "Randy" Ray Windsor, 69, of Warren, Indiana passed away at 9:16 a.m. on Monday, January 27, 2025, at his residence in Warren, Indiana. He was born on December 29, 1955, to James "Bill" and Wilma Mae (Schrader) Windsor in Wabash, Indiana.

Randy was a 1974 graduate of Wabash High School. After his schooling, he served in the United States Army from 1974 to 1978. Randy worked as a maintenance man for 35 years at a variety of different factories in Indiana. He held a membership with the Moose Lodge in Wabash, Indiana. Randy was also an avid card player, woodworker, and Indianapolis Colts fan.

Randy is survived by his brother, Bruce Windsor of Wabash, Indiana; and eight nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Wilma Windsor; one brother, W. Jay Windsor; and one sister, Kay Windsor.

Per Randy's request there will be no services.
