Margaret A. Courtney, 75, of Hartford City, Indiana, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2020, at her residence.  She was born in Blackford County, on October 9, 1944, to the late Ora & Emma (Pratt) Wilson, Sr.

Margaret married Donald Courtney on August 14, 1995. She retired as a factory worker and was a member of Calvary Christian Church in Hartford City.

Margaret is survived by her husband, Donald; stepson, Anthony (Stacie) Courtney, of Wabash; foster son, Christopher Beard, of New Castle; foster children, Ashley Wuensch, of Marion, Timothy Holley, of Wabash and Vickie Nelson, of Marion, Illinois; brother, Ora Wilson, of Hartford City; four grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Funeral services are at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992 with Pastor Troy Kaufman officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service starting at 9:00 a.m.
