Kassandra Kay Walker, 51, of Wabash, Indiana passed away at 10:07 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born on March 9, 1973, to David Lee Shockey and Jo Ellen Shultz in Wabash, Indiana.

Kassandra was a very simple lady, but she was unapologetically herself. She was always kind and giving to others her entire life. At any hour of the day, she could be found spending time with her family and grandchildren, who she adored greatly.

Kassandra is survived by her mother; one son, Shawn Michael (Heather) Walker of Wabash, Indiana; one daughter, Kayla Jo Walker of Wabash, Indiana; three grandchildren, Viktor Robert Starkey, Chaya Lynne Starkey, Reed Eugene Walker; two aunts, Marlene (John) Coots of Wabash, Indiana, Wilma Shultz of Wabash, Indiana; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father and her fiancé, Robert Reed who passed away in August of 2020.

A Celebration of Kassandra's Life will be held at a later date amongst family and friends.
