Gloria A. Allen, 78, passed away at Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany, IN at 1:10 am on Monday, February, 13, 2012. She was born in Wabash on January 4, 1934 to the late George Monroe  and Anna Olive (Reynolds) Lawrence. She married Thomas L. Allen on July 30, 1983. He preceded her in death on August 14, 2009. She had been previously married to Clifford Blocher and Keith D. Bond Sr. They survive. Gloria was a homemaker and also worked at Miller's Merry Manor-East in Wabash for seven years. She was a former member of Church of Christ, Wabash, and the Wabash Moose Lodge. She is survived by 3 sons, Hap K. Blocher (Luann), New Albany, IN; Charles F. Bond (Christy), Brigham City, Utah;  and Keith D. Bond Jr (Tanna), Forteville, IN; 5 daughters, Diane Blocher Brown (James), Floyds Knobs, IN; Lois Blocher Sitchenkov, Warsaw, IN; Cindy Blocher Price, Sellersburg, IN; Sherrie Bond Ash, English, IN; and Cathie Bond Leehman (James), Blue Springs, Missouri; one sister, Patricia Janet Lawrence Miller, Markle, IN; 33 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a brother, Cecil Lawrence, and a sister Betty Lawrence McKee. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, February 17, 2012 at 11:00 am at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Ave., Wabash, IN 46992. Visitation for family and friends will be on Thursday, February 16, 2012 from 4:00pm until 8:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home. Burial will be at Falls Cemetery, Wabash.
