Freida M. Simpson, 78, of Wabash, passed away at 11:27 p.m., on Sunday, September 29, 2019, at Autumn Ridge Rehabilitation Centre in Wabash.  Freida was born in Wabash, on May 25, 1941 to the late Richard C. and Wanda (Banks) Simpson.

Freida worked in housekeeping at Miller's Merry Manor.

Freida is survived by daughter, Sally (Greg) Houlihan, of Wabash; brother, Richard Simpson, Jr., of Roann; sister, Peggy Frayley, of Wabash; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one daughter, Wanda "Windy" Simpson and two brothers.

Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2019, at Friends Cemetery in Wabash.

Funeral services have been entrusted to McDonald Funeral Homes, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, IN  46992.
