Beulah M. Fleck, 90, Wabash, passed away at 11:15 pm at Wabash County Hospital on Wednesday, April 4, 2012. She was born in Wabash on February 6, 1922 to the late William G. and Mary (Myers) Quick. She graduated from Wabash High School in 1940 and married George H. Fleck, a masonry contractor, in Indianapolis on August 8, 1947. He passed away on October 29, 1993. Mrs. Fleck was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church. She had worked at the telephone company in Wabash for 13 years; she was a homemaker and enjoyed time with her family. She is survived by a son, Eric (Janet) Fleck; a daughter, Carol (Dan) Early, both of Wabash; 4 grandchildren, Patrick (Jaime) Early, Chandler, AR, Rachel (Dustin) Christian, Evansville, Maggie Early, Wabash, Elizabeth (Dan) Dyson, Lagro; 2 great grandchildren, Chelsea Early and Kaelyn Christian. Along with her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by a brother, Willie Quick, and two sisters, Mary Heck and Lillian Ponder. Visitation for family and friends will be on Monday, April 9, 2012 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Ave., Wabash, IN 46992. Private Graveside services conducted by Father Sextus Don will follow on Tuesday, April 10, 2012. Burial will be in Falls Cemetery.
