Anna J. Sheppard, 75, Wabash, passed away 4:28 a.m. on Thursday, December 16, 2010 at Wabash Skilled Care in Wabash, Indiana. She was born to the late Denver and Doshia (Shockley) Osborne in Cawood, Kentucky on July 19, 1935. She lived in Ohio for 20 years, then moved to Wabash where she has been a resident since 1954. She worked at Wagners United Tech and was a housewife. She was a member of Church of God Worship Center in Wabash.

She is survived by two sons, Roger W. Cavins (JoAnn) of Andrews and William D. "Denny" Cavins (Judy) of Wabash; brothers, Elbert Osborne of Wabash, Robert Lee Hooper of Paulon, Georgia, Calvin Ray Hooper of Paulon, Georgia and Ronald Lynn Osborne of Lake City, Florida; six grandchildren and thirty great grandchildren. Preceded in death by a sister, granddaughter, Katie and three great grandchildren.

Service will be 2 p.m. on Monday, December 20, 2010 at McDonald Funeral Home, 231 Falls Avenue, Wabash, Indiana 46992. Burial will follow at Friends Cemetery in Wabash, Indiana 46992.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are the Donor's Choice.
