Although I didn't have many interactions with Lucinda and Mike, the memories I have from places like the Ash reunion are a kind and funny lady. My mom, Cathey Barnhisel, always spoke highly of Lucinda. I am sorry for your loss and wish you strength through your memories.

Dear Michael, I am so sorry to hear the news. It was such a great honor to be a nurse and be apart of taking care of her through her battle. She was such a beautiful person with that great style and that sweet smile that I remember when thinking about her. She had such a great husband that was so supportive and hope u know how special u both were to me, your friends, and all of those young people she made such a difference in their lives. It makes us all so sad that she has passed, but when u think of all the lives she touched...she will never be forgotten. Sending love and hope you have peace knowing that she was cared for by many of us.

Mrs. Beall (Miss Ash) was the student teacher in my first grade class. She was such a sweet person! My mom (Harriett Carmichael) was one of the secretaries at Riverview and as we spoke on the phone about Cindy's passing, my mom remembered how kind Cindy always treated her! I'm so sorry for your loss!

Mr. Beall,
I am so sorry to see that your wife Lucinda has passed. I really enjoyed getting to reminisce with you and talk to Lucinda about you being my 6th grade teacher when I saw the two of you at the Cancer Center. I believe Lucinda and my mom talked a few times while getting treatment. Lucinda was so incredibly sweet and I'm so sorry for your loss of her. I pray for comfort for you and your family during this difficult time.

Jody(Miller) and I both had Mr. Beall in the 8th grade. Then all 3 of our children, Zachariah, Daisha, & Ezekiel, had Mrs. Beall in kindergarten at Riverview. She helped jumpstart ALL kids educational roads. So we will always cherish her memory in our children. Zach graduated from Vandy, Daisha from IU, and Zeke spent one year at Bloomington before becoming an Airborne Ranger field medic while still pursuing his education in the medical field. Zeke was ADD and Mrs. Beall helped get him started in school. So we will always cherish and appreciate her kindness to our family. In closing, I will tell two stories that often are told by our family. I went on many field trips with the kids and on one Mrs. Beall brought up something as "our generation". I had to remind her Jody and I had her husband in our jr high years. The other is in her class Zeke was smacking his lips loudly. She asked him what he was doing. He said, " Breathing Mrs. Beall", My father-in-law who has since passed used to bring this up all the time. These memories will always be remembered by our family. May God bless the family at this time as He has blessed us with the memories. Thank You so much for the Love of your wife in our children..

It started for Jody (Miller) and I as we had Mr. Beall while we were students at Mississinewa. Then all 3 of our children, Zachariah, Daisha, and Ezekiel, had Mrs. Beall. She was the jump start to our children's educational future where they all did well. Zach is a Vandy graduate, Daisha an IU grad, and Zeke spent one year in Bloomington before becoming an Airborne Ranger field medic but still pursuing a education in the medical field. So we can't thank her enough for her love and care for ALL the children. In closing, there are 2 stories I have told many times concerning Mrs. Beall. I was once on a field trip with her with the kids, that I often did so she felt comfortable with me, especially after 3 children in her class. On the bus she made the commit something to " in our generation". I quickly corrected her with ' I had your husband in school, remember". The other became a family funny, especially with my since passed Father-in-law. Zeke was sitting in her class smacking his lips loudly with a sound. She asked why he was doing it. Zeke responded, " Breathing, Mrs. Beall". My father-in -law spent years always reliving that> So we wish you well with her passing. Her memories in the Lloyd's life will live on forever and be appreciated.
